An intelligence layer spanning a connected city, with spaces for team applications

One layer over every system—applications designed by your team, for your team.

We connect to the infrastructure you already have. Your team gets a governed place to turn knowledge, ideas, and recurring work into useful tools.

BROADCAST & LIVE PRODUCTION · CREATIVE ENABLEMENT

Creative teams think differently. That’s the advantage.

In live production, problem-solving is the job. We build the environment that lets your people create the tools and automations they need—so solutions arrive faster and outcomes matter more than process.

SYNC13 · FROM GUIDED SETUP TO QUIET OPERATION

Start with one product. Grow into one intelligence layer.

You do not buy another dashboard to manage. We guide the application through your real work, prove its decisions with you, and leave it running inside the systems your team already uses.

Satellite

PRODUCT · OR CONNECTED

Calls become evidence-backed commitments. After guided setup, Satellite keeps the work moving without another dashboard to babysit.

THE OUTCOME
You stop chasing follow-ups. Satellite asks only when a human decision is needed.

USEFUL TOOLS · INSIDE REAL WORK

The platform should disappear. The outcome should not.

Your team keeps its systems, language, and workflow. Sync13 adds governed intelligence behind the work—visible when people need evidence or a decision, quiet when they do not.

01Meet the team where it worksNo new operating system to learn or babysit.
02Bring evidence to the decisionEvery important output points back to source.

THE BOUNDARY

Runs in your cloud

Deployed inside your Microsoft 365 / Azure tenant. Your keys, your logs, your kill switches.

Zero auto-send

Models propose follow-ups and tasks, but deterministic rules require a human to click send. Every commitment points to exact transcript evidence.

No dashboard fatigue

No new software for executives to log into. Everything arrives in Outlook and Planner.

NON-NEGOTIABLE

What it will never do

It never sends an email. Follow-ups are drafts. You release them.

It never accepts a commitment. You do. The engine can only verify, refuse, or defer.

It never cites what it can't prove. The quote must exist word for word in the segment it names, or the candidate is refused.

It never keeps what your retention rules say to delete.

It never runs without your consent. Revoke access and it stops.

Confidence isn't evidence. Our engine has to prove every line, or it refuses.
ABOUT

Wolf Schram

Engineer first, leader by necessity, builder by nature.

Twenty-five years running technology under pressure — broadcast trucks, stadium tours, enterprise teams. I've been the person who leaves a meeting with ten promises and remembers four. So I built the system that remembers all ten.

ADHD and dyslexia shaped how I work: information has to be short, visual, and actionable — which is exactly how my platforms treat your information.

I don't sell licenses. I build the tool, hand you the keys, and stay accountable for it working.

HOW YOU BUY
1

Show and tell

One link, one password. You watch the platform run my real operation — and bring your own ugliest document to see transformed live.

2

Gap map

One conversation: where do things fall through the cracks in your operation? Not a workshop, not a discovery-phase invoice.

3

Built in your house

Deployment of the capabilities you chose, inside your Microsoft or Google environment. Your data never lives on my systems.

4

Operated, accountable

I update, monitor, and support what I deploy. Your IT inherits nothing.

Every meeting becomes a commitment ledger

You leave the room with ten promises and remember four. Satellite reads the transcript and turns each promise into a commitment you can see, with the exact words that made it, so nothing lands on you by surprise a week later. You see the proof before you act.

HOW IT RUNS
1
You bring the raw material

A meeting transcript or a document. Six kinds are accepted: .vtt, .txt, .srt, .md, .pdf, .docx. Anything it can't read it refuses out loud, with a plain reason.

2
The model proposes

Who promised what, to whom, by when. Each candidate carries the quote it came from.

3
A deterministic check confirms it

The quote must exist word for word in the segment it cites. The engine can refuse or defer. It can never accept.

4
You accept

Only then are a follow-up draft and your morning brief written, for you to release. Never sent for you.

WHERE IT RUNS

Everyday cloud

The default. Fast to stand up, operated by us or in your own account.

Your Microsoft 365

Reads approved Teams transcripts, writes Planner tasks and Outlook drafts. Your tenant stays the system of record.

Your Google Workspace

The stack our own platform runs on today. Meet transcripts in, Gmail drafts out. You can watch it work before you buy it.

Up to GCC High

The sovereign build runs entirely inside your Azure Government boundary, with the model as your own Azure OpenAI deployment. Your data never leaves.

PULSE · NEW

Your inbox, ranked and remembered

Your inbox is a pile, not a priority list. Pulse reads who you actually deal with and tells you who matters, what you owe them, and who you have gone quiet with, so the relationship that pays your rent doesn't slip under a stack of newsletters.

WHAT IT SHOWS

Today and overdue

What needs you now, and what is already late, in one place.

Who has gone quiet

A relationship score built from your real mail, calendar, and contacts, not a guess.

New commitments

Promises pulled from your calls and notes fold straight into the same view.

Every row cited

Click any line and it shows the message, meeting, or contact it came from.

THE BRIEF

One email. The things that actually need you.

No dashboard. No chatbot. No prompt box. The Brief is the handful of things that need your attention today, waiting in your inbox before you start digging. Every line links back to where it came from.

WHAT'S IN IT
TODAY — what is on, from your calendar.
OVERDUE — the promises past their date.
AGING — the ones getting close.
NEW COMMITMENTS — what you took on since yesterday.
NEEDS YOU — the few messages only you can answer.

It arrives as a draft to you, at 6:30 your time, and to no one else. The same builder makes the screen and the email, so they never disagree. Turn it off whenever you like.
